Before your driver arrives, gather your laundry and set it by the door. Our pickup window is 6 PM – 9 PM — we'll arrive within that window on your chosen day.

Common questions

How does pickup and delivery work?
Schedule your pickup online, have your laundry ready during our 6 PM – 9 PM window, and a Fresh Thread driver will collect your bags. We bring them to our facility, wash, dry, and neatly fold everything, then a driver delivers your clean laundry back to your door.
How long does laundry take?
We pick up your laundry in the evening and work to get it back to you as soon as possible. Typical turnaround times vary — we'll keep you updated via your order status page.
What should I put my laundry in?
Place your laundry in any standard bags or laundry bags you have at home. Separate anything you don't want washed before bagging. You can add notes in the special instructions field when scheduling.
Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?
You don't need to be home. Simply leave your bags by your door during the pickup window, and add any access instructions in the special instructions field when scheduling. For delivery, we'll leave your clean laundry at the same location.
Can I add special instructions?
Yes. When scheduling your pickup, there's a special instructions field where you can note detergent preferences, folding preferences, where to leave bags, door codes, or anything else you'd like us to know.
How do I track my laundry?
Two ways: (1) Click the tracking link in your Fresh Thread pickup notification, or (2) log in to your Fresh Thread account and view your order status from your dashboard. Your laundry's status updates in real time.
What if I miss my pickup window?
If our driver arrives and is unable to complete the pickup, contact us at (720) 871-0119 and we'll work with you to reschedule.
