We collect your name, email address, phone number, and pickup address when you create an account or place an order. We also collect order history and communication preferences.
We use your information solely to fulfill your laundry orders, send order status updates, coordinate pickups and deliveries, and provide customer support. We do not use your information for any purpose unrelated to your service.
We collect your phone number and email address solely to send you order status updates, pickup notifications, and service messages as part of the zeezoo laundry messaging program. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g., payment processing via Square) or as required by law. Payment processing is handled by Square; we do not store your card details.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information. Your account is protected by OTP-based authentication. All payment data is processed securely by Square.
